RESTORE is RARE Academy’s integrated approach to helping system-impacted individuals move from immediate barriers toward long-term economic mobility. Rather than treating stabilization, workforce preparation, training, employment, and advancement as separate services, RESTORE connects them into one coordinated pathway designed around the individual.

The RARE Experience is an immersive System Simulation Training Series designed to help participants understand how policies, processes, and systems are experienced by the people navigating them. Grounded in lived experience, each simulation places participants inside real-world barriers, decisions, and consequences—creating a deeper understanding that can inform practice, collaboration, and systems change.
