BUILDING PATHWAYS | EXPANDING OPPORTUNITY | CHANGING SYSTEMS
RARE helps system-impacted individuals address the real-life barriers that can stand between opportunity and success. Through individualized support, navigation, peer support, and access to essential resources, we help participants build the stability needed to move forward.
RARE prepares individuals not simply to find employment, but to build pathways toward lasting economic mobility. Our approach connects workforce readiness, digital skills, career preparation, occupational training, employment, retention, and advancement.
RARE elevates lived experience as expertise. Through experiential training, leadership development, community engagement, and systems-change initiatives, we create opportunities for people directly impacted by systems to help inform how those systems are understood, designed, and improved.
RARE recognizes that employment alone does not create economic mobility. Individuals may be navigating barriers related to identification, housing, transportation, digital access, family responsibilities, benefits, system requirements, and other challenges while simultaneously trying to prepare for training and employment.
Our approach brings these pieces together so participants can move from addressing immediate barriers to preparing for work, developing skills, entering career pathways, securing employment, and continuing toward long-term economic stability.
